Our Story

The Here To Help team was formed to enhance fan engagement and support at Home Park, ensuring every visitor - whether a first-time fan, a long-time supporter, or someone needing additional assistance - feels welcomed and valued. Over time, the team has grown in both size and impact, becoming a vital part of the club’s match-day experience.

Babcock Devonport End
Jack Leslie Statue
Lyndhurst Steps
Kawasaki Barn Park End (Away End)
Biffa Fan Zone
Outside the Ticket Office
Inside the Beacon Electrical Mayflower Grandstand

All team members wear purple jackets, making them easy to spot wherever you are.

Staff

Dan Pippen – Visitor Experience Manager
Overseeing the Here To Help team, Dan works closely with fans and staff to improve the match-day experience.

Emily Rowland – Disability & Supporter Liaison Officer
Acting as a bridge between the club and fans, ensuring your voices are heard and ensures supporters with disabilities receive tailored assistance and a comfortable, welcoming visit.
