New Argyle Superstore website

New Superstore Website to Launch This Week

The club’s project to unify all club-related services into one Argyle Account will take another step forward this week, with the launch of a brand-new Argyle Superstore website.

The new Superstore website, argylesuperstore.co.uk, will launch on Wednesday afternoon, with the intention of allowing supporters to use the same account for online Superstore orders as they do for pafc.co.uk, the official Argyle app and Argyle TV.

It is hoped that the single sign on will be up and running soon after launch, but, as with all complex systems integrations, a cautious roll-out will take effect to ensure that services continue to operate in the short term.

Meanwhile, in-store Argyle Superstore payment technology will also be upgraded to help streamline the checkout process and improve supporters’ match-day experience at Home Park.

In order to implement these changes, the Argyle Superstore will be closed from 1pm on Tuesday to allow for a comprehensive stock take in preparation for the online Superstore’s launch, as well as the installation of new cash points. It will reopen as usual the following day.

Working in partnership with leading sport retail vendor, Retail & Sport Systems, the club has invested in a new fully-integrated retail website and point of sale solution. Supporters are encouraged, if they do not already have an Argyle account, to register at login.pafc.co.uk to help streamline their checkout process and prepare for the Superstore website launch.

The new website, which launches on Wednesday, 19 January, will continue to be accessible from argylesuperstore.co.uk. From 10am on Wednesday the current website will be switched off and the site will be temporarily offline while we complete final testing of each area of the website. Announcements will be made via our social media channels when the new site goes live.

Strengthening our existing relationship with Sports Alliance, the new retail systems will allow fans to take advantage of their season ticket discounts automatically, both in-store and online, without needing to enter discount codes at checkout. The integration with the club’s fan engagement platform will allow us to better understand our supporters’ needs and help us to deliver a more personal experience than ever before.

Our systems upgrade has also enabled us to introduce the Argyle gift card, which, for the first time, will be able to be used in person and online.

While we will be making every effort to rectify any errors before launch, if fans have feedback they would like to share with us, please forward these via email to the team at retailproject@pafc.co.uk. Meanwhile, supporters will be able to access a range of FAQs on our new Superstore website, post launch.

Work on bringing all Argyle related services into one easy to manage account continues apace, with our ticketing platform due to be integrated to the Argyle Account in the coming weeks - completing the project to streamline supporter services.

Argyle's Head of Marketing and Communications, Jamie Yabsley, said: "This is another huge leap forward for us in terms of making things easier for supporters to engage with club services.

"Supporters invest so much of their hard earned money and time with us, it is vital that we provide the best, and easiest to use, services and digital solutions for their needs.

"Having to memorise a set of different logins for each important club service - whether it be ticketing, retail, or Argyle TV - can be challenging, and makes the process much more arduous for supporters than it needs to be. With the Superstore becoming aligned now, and ticketing to follow in the next few weeks, supporters will be able to access everything they need with one simple login."
