Joel is a central defender who has been with Argyle since under-10s. Sullivan attended Devonport High School for Boys and is a second-year apprentice, captaining Jamie Lowry’s side this season. He made his debut for the Under-18s against Forest Green Rovers in the 2022/23 season and was a key part of Jamie Lowry’s double-winning side last campaign.
