Wilson signed for Argyle in August 2025, having played for Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee, in the NCAA Division 2 level.

Across her four years in the United States of America, Wilson featured 77 times for the Flames, scoring one goal and adding seven assists from the backline, and was named to the D2CCA South Region First Team and First Team All-Gulf South Conference in her final season.

Prior to her time in the States, she began her career in the north of England for Middlesbrough FC, working her way through the system to the first-team.
