Midfielder Dalton signed after a successful trial period during the 2025/26 pre-season, during which she featured in many games and scored one goal.

Dalton had most recently played for Derby County, but prior to her spell with the Rams, she played for Birmingham City, Burnley, and the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque.

Whilst playing in her youth career, she also had several call-ups to England Under-18s squads.
