Season Ticket FAQs

How will the club decide which supporters get to attend games in person if capacity is limited?

At the time of writing, we anticipate that we will be able to accommodate all season ticket holders, plus individual match ticket holders, into the stadium during 21/22.

In the unlikely event that capacity limitations are enforced, the club will operate a rotational system on admission to the stadium, doing our best to ensure equal opportunities to attend for all 21/22 season ticket holders, irrespective of their purchase date.

Will I be able to sit in my regular seat?

We are not anticipating social distancing measures ahead of the 21/22 campaign. As such, supporters should be able to sit in their regular seats. In the event that social distancing measures are required, the club will do its best to ensure you can sit in your regular seat at the earliest possible opportunity.

What happens if supporters are not able to enter the stadium/the capacity is reached and I cannot attend the game.

It is the club’s intention to provide live streaming passes for season-ticket holders in the event that they are unable to attend the fixture in person. However, this is contingent on UEFA rules and regulations allowing us to do so. We will confirm in due course.

New for 21/22, we have introduced the Pandemic Promise for our season ticket holders.

The Pandemic Promise means that supporters will be credited the difference between the cost of a streaming pass and their ‘per match’ season ticket cost if they are not able to attend. This will be credited back to supporters on a quarterly basis.

Will I be able to sit with my friends at the game if we are not from the same household?

We currently anticipate that social distancing measure will not be in place at the start of the 21/22 campaign. As such, supporters should be able to mix with friends from outside their household or social bubble.

In the event that the situation changes, we will inform all supporters at the earliest opportunity.

Will I be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment to attend games at Home Park?

The club will adhere to, and comply with, further government guidance on the matter.

Ahead of your visit to Home Park, the club will ensure that all attending supporters receive appropriate guidance.

Will I be able to access toilets and refreshment kiosks from the concourses in and around Home Park?

The club will adhere to, and comply with, further government guidance on the matter, which we expect to receive following sport stadia test events throughout August.

I want to purchase a Flexi Ticket. Why is this option not available?

We anticipate that Flexi Tickets will be available in July.

I am not a current season-ticket holder, but would like to upgrade for the 21/22 season. Can I do this?

Yes. We are inviting both renewals and new season ticket applications.

Will the match-day experience differ from that of previous seasons?

The club will continue to monitor and review our matchday planning based on up-to-date guidance, as and when it becomes available.

Staff at the club have been hard at work throughout the behind-closed-doors period to improve all elements of the matchday experience at Home Park, and we are confident that the 21/22 season represents our best-ever matchday offering.

My season-ticket is tied into a hospitality package within Club Argyle. Will hospitality be available next season?

Yes. Renewals are open for 21/22, and Club Argyle members are invited to speak with our hospitality team to discuss booking their seat for next season.

If games are played behind-closed-doors, will I get a credit/refund for the value of my ticket?

If I am moving from an Under 23 to an Adult concession, what discount will I receive?

The loyalty discounts are calculated on the price supporters paid for their 20/21 season-tickets. This applies to all concession changes, including Adult to Over 65, Under 18 to Under 23 and so on.

Why are there no membership options available for the 20/21 season (e.g 1886 membership)?

We anticipate that 1886 memberships will be available to purchase from June.

Can I buy individual match tickets for selected 21/22 Sky Bet League One or cup fixtures?

Yes, individual match tickets will be made available to purchase in due course, once the fixture schedule is confirmed.

I would like to move the seat assigned to my season-ticket for next season. Is this possible?

Yes, please contact the Home Park Ticket Office to discuss moving your seat for the upcoming season.

What happens if I don’t renew my season-ticket before the 25 June deadline?

If you do not renew your season-ticket during the renewal window, your seat will no longer be reserved, and will be made available for general sale.

Are season-tickets refundable?

Season tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable, and must be used by the named person.

If I am unable to attend a fixture, can someone else use my ticket?

No, season tickets are non-transferrable and must be used by the person associated with the season-ticket. If you are unable to attend a match and would like to voluntarily release your seat for the club to place back on sale, please email tickets@pafc.co.uk.

Will the season-ticket provide priority on cup and away ticketing?

Yes, when applicable. The club awaits further guidance on away ticketing, but your season-ticket will entitle you to first refusal on cup ticketing at Home Park.

I purchased tickets and/or a hospitality experience through the Crowdfunder campaign last year. How do I redeem my purchase?

If your Crowdfunder pledge included season-tickets, our Ticketing team will be in touch before the start of the season to redeem your purchase. If your pledge included a hospitality experience, our Commercial and Hospitality team will also make contact with you soon.
