Vision, Mission and Strategy

Plymouth Argyle’s Academy has significant aspirations over the next five years and looks to build upon, and grow, the football and community success seen in recent times.

Our mission to become a top 20 academy for productivity, out of the 92 Premier League and English Football League clubs, is one we hold highly, and will do as much as possible to achieve between 2024 and 2029.

The plan consists of four key pillars for success, some of which are already underway and some which we look to grow in the upcoming years.
