Suicide prevention is everyone's business. Every 90 minutes, the length of a game, someone dies by suicide in the UK.
If you are struggling and need mental health support, there are lots of services and organisations available to help you.
Remember - you are not alone, there is always someone to talk to.

Andy's Man Club are a men's suicide prevention charity, offering free to attend peer-to-peer support groups. They meet Mondays at 7pm (except Bank Holidays), and also have a table in our hospitality areas for the 2026/27 season.
