Reprieve For Chadwick

NICK Chadwick will be available for Argyle's opening games of the season.

The striker was sent off in the Pilgrims' first pre-season match of the summer on Saturday.
As a result of the red card, it was initially thought that that Chaddy would have to sit out Argyle's first three matches of the season: the home Capital One Cup tie against Portsmouth and npower League 2 games against Aldershot, at Home Park, and at Dagenham & Redbridge.
However, new rules introduced last year mean he will have to sit out only the Pilgrims' pre-season game at Truro City on Tuesday.
Nick, 29, was dismissed in the 38th minute of Argyle's opening pre-season game against Yeovil at Dorchester.
Referee Keith Stroud showed him the red card after an off-the-ball altercation with Glovers' centre-back Byron Webster.
