Message For The Green Army

2 April 2013

ARGYLE manager John Sheridan gives a personal message to the Green Army...

WE have never needed you more.

Monday's disappointing defeat at York means we are still fighting for our Football League survival.

It is a fight we are determined to win. With your help.

We have got two more home games this season. Two massive matches.

Win them both, and the odds are very much that we can look forward to league football for a 94th consecutive season.

We have seen the effect on the team when the Green Army packs out Home Park and gets behind the team.

Remember Big For Barnet when your magnificent support helped us turn round a losing position for a vital three points?

And what about last Saturday, when you lifted us to a splendid Derby Day victory over promotion-chasing Exeter?

Now, we are asking you to Crank It Up for Cheltenham this Saturday, April 6.

The match against Cheltenham Town is our last but one home game of the season and is key to our hopes of avoiding relegation.

We want you to play your part, create a winning atmosphere, and roar us to Football League survival.

Just like Big For Barnet, the club is offering special ticket deals to help pack out the ground, and be massively noisy and passionate for the cause.

The details are below.

Please get a ticket, get to Home Park next Saturday, and get behind the lads.

Thank you.

See you there.

John.
