Pat In The Middle

PAT Miller will be the man in the middle of Argyle’s Sky Bet League 2 game this weekend, where the Pilgrims take on Carlisle United.

The Bedfordshire-born referee has seen seven games so far this campaign, issuing 19 yellow cards in total, just one red, and has only pointed to the penalty spot on one occasion.

Pat’s last game saw him issue eight yellow cards and one red in the 1-1 draw between Wycombe and Northampton.

This campaign will be Pat’s 11th year in officiating football. During that time, Argyle have had only three games with him in charge, and have lost both times when he has reffed at Home Park. Last time the Pilgrims saw Miller officiating an Argyle game was back in 2011, when the Greens lost 2-0 at home to Oldham Athletic.
