Alex Agony

ALEX Bray will undergo surgery next week after suffering a ruptured anterior ligament that could sideline him for six months.

The 19-year-old joined Argyle on transfer deadline day on loan, and came off the bench to make his debut in Saturday's 1-0 win at Luton Town.

However, Alex's debut was short-lived, as he injured himself shortly after coming on. He soldiered on for several minutes - playing a part in the build up to Dominic Blizzard's winner - but could not continue after that.

The winger will see a surgeon on Thursday, while he is expected to undergo surgery next week.

Everyone at Home Park wishes Alex a speedy recovery.
