Kell Surprise

ANDY Kellett has been voted Argyle's Young Player of the Season.

Making just 15 appearances during the season, the 20-year-old captured the imagination of the Green Army with some breathtaking performances from left wing-back, including one of the best goals scored by an Argyle player in many years. His solo run and finish in a 3-2 win at Northampton was voted Argyle's 'Goal of 2014' and was Andy's first senior strike.

Kellett seemed set to return to Home Park during the January transfer window, but instead made a sensational switch to Old Trafford - it is rare that Argyle miss out on someone that instead signs for Manchester United!

Despite his short tenure as a Pilgrim, his winning of this award demonstrates the impact he made in Devon, and we are sure that Argyle fans would be delighted to see Andy pull on the green-and-white again in the future.
