Academy Ranking

THE Argyle Academy has been ranked at number 39 - out of 92 - in the Football League & Premier League productivity table.

We were recently informed of our productivity ranking as a Category 3 Academy by the Football League.  Of the 42 Category 3 academies, we ranked seventh; we have moved up from the position tenth we held in 2010-11. 

The rankings take into account not only players currently playing in our first team, but by those who have come through our system and are involved in the professional game at other clubs.

For example, the progress of Dan Gosling, Lloyd Jones, Christian Walton and Jack Stephens, among others, reflects on the success of our system.
