Lead Development Coach Needed

ARGYLE Community Trust is looking to recruit a Lead Development Coach for our Post-16 football programmes.
The Lead Development Coach will oversee a number of Post-16 football initiatives and will be charged as head coach overseeing a number of staff, leading coaching sessions, reviews and recruitment within the local community for our Post-16 programmes.
As a registered charity, the Community Trust works in close conjunction with Plymouth Argyle Football Club and with many people across several sectors, where sport has proven to be the ideal tool for creating lasting engagement with youngsters.
The post-holder must be an experienced coach with a minimum of a UEFA B qualification and have experience working with players aged 16 – 19 years old.
The post is part-time and is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract, salary to be negotiated.
