Peninsula Report - Argyle 9 Wadebridge 0

IT turned out to be a very comfortable afternoon for Argyle in the Peninsula League, as Wadebridge Town were swept aside in ruthless fashion at Seale Hayne.

Liam Knowles started the fun after just two minutes and the Pilgrims were 6-0 up by the end of a ruthless first action, with some excellent attacking football proving too much for the visitors.

Three more added after the break and Callum Hall took the main goalscoring plaudits with a fine hat-trick. Luke Jephcott and Sam Ryan both scored twice, and Connor McCauley was also on target to complete the rout.
