Soccer Sight Keeping Eyes Peeled For Commentators
27th April 2016
SOCCER Sight are looking for new volunteers to join their commentary team.
Soccer Sight is a team of volunteers who provide an audio-descriptive match commentary for supporters who are blind or visually impaired at every Argyle home match. They currently have a vacancy for a match commentator to start at the beginning of the 2016-17 season.
Applicants should have a good knowledge of the laws of the game as well as an ability to communicate the names and positions of all 22 players for 90 minutes. The ideal candidate would also need to be available for the majority of - but not necessarily all - home fixtures.
If you have a clear voice, good communication skills and a desire to give something back to the football community, then please contact soccersightcommentary@gmail.com for further details.
