Dan's the Boy

ARGYLE apprentice Daniel Rooney has been called up to the Northern Ireland Under-19 squad.

Dan, younger brother of first-team player Louis, will attend his country's training camp at Lilleshall in September.
 
The midfielder – a second-year apprentice – has scored a goal in each of his two appearances for the Under-18 Academy side this season, as well as representing the Pilgrims' Carlsberg South Western League Premier Division side.
