Argyle Fined £3,000

...and warned as to their future conduct following their game at Home Park on January 30, 2016.

It was alleged that, in or around the 41st minute, both clubs failed to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion. 

It was also alleged that, following the final whistle, both clubs failed to ensure their players and/or officials conducted themselves in an orderly fashion and/or refrained from provocative behaviour.

Both clubs admitted, with mitigation, the two breaches of FA Rule E20[a] and their cases were heard by an Independent Regulatory Commission on Monday,  February 15, at which the Pilgrims were represented by Chief Executive Martyn Starnes and Football Secretary Jon Back.
