Peninsula League - Sticker 1 Argyle 1

A VERY young Argyle side can count themselves somewhat unfortunate not to have picked up all three points after an excellent passing display in awful conditions at second-placed Sticker in the Peninsula League.
The hosts took full advantage of the strong wind on just six minutes to score direct from a corner but the Pilgrims then took control of possession in the first-half with a lack of cutting edge the only drawback.
A squad packed with teenagers continued to pass the ball nicely in the wind and deservedly picked up a point when substitute Sam Ryan headed home with 10 minutes remaining, but there wasn’t enough left in the Green tank to find a winner.
