Wylde About the Boy

ARGYLE winger Gregg Wylde has made the final shortlist...

...of three players up for January’s PFA Fans’ Sky Bet League 2 Player of the Month – and you could help him scoop the award.

The 24-year old Scotsman is one of the three players from a long-list to receive the most votes so far for award – the other two being Oxford United’s Kemar Roofe and Accrington Stanley’s Shay McCartan. Wylde’s excellent month included goals in consecutive games against Northampton Town and Stevenage, as well as impressive showings in a 2-0 win against Carlisle United and a 1-1 draw with Bristol Rovers.

The winner of the monthly award is determined by the player who receives the most online votes. You can head to www.skysports.com/pfa-fans-player-of-the-month-vote/league-2 to get behind Gregg and add your vote to his tally – and be in with a chance to present the award to him before a match at Home Park.

Voting closes at 11:59pm on Monday, February 8, so make sure to cast your vote soon and make Gregg the third Pilgrim this season to receive the award, after Reuben Reid and Graham Carey.
