...saw manager Derek Adams include two trialists.

Only three of the starters had played for the Pilgrims – Gary Sawyer, Graham Carey and Jake Jervis – in their last game of last season, the play-off final at AFC Wimbledon 40 days previously,  while another, Connor Smith, played for the Wombles that day.
