FOLLOWING Argyle's 3-2 win over York City, the attention of Derek Adams quickly turned to his side's seven remaining games - including one particularly important clash.
Goals from Reuben Reid, Jamille Matt and a Will Boyle own goal, all during the first half, ensured the Greens picked up two consecutive wins over the Easter period and regained a spot in the all-important Sky Bet League 2 promotion places.
"We've put ourselves in a very good position," said Derek. "It's good to be there - it gives us a good points total so far, and we've got a number of good games going into the last seven games of the season.
"We've got to try and push on and get the wins that we're capable of. It's a difficult league. We've got a lot of tough games to come, but we've had that throughout the season."
Out of all of those games, none will be more hotly contested than Saturday's trip to St James Park, as Argyle square off against Exeter City for a third time this season. With the Grecians still eyeing up a place in the play-offs and the end-of-season pressure beginning to build, Adams feels ready to lead his team into another huge Devon Derby this weekend.
"They've come off a good win away from home today, and we're off a good win as well, so it makes for a very good game," said Derek. "They always are.
"We've played them twice this season, so we know what we've got to do. We're into training tomorrow and preparing for the game against Exeter.
"Teams at the bottom, teams in the middle: there's pressure on everyone, and you see that with the results today. It's a very difficult league, and game to game you've just got to manage the players, manage the fans, the club, and that's what we do."
