No Pyro - Full Stop

ARGYLE fans traveling to Wembley are reminded that the use of pyrotechnics such as smoke devices and flares is strictly prohibited.

The club condemns the use of such equipment and would like to remind all supporters that as well as the obvious anti-social element of activating such devices, the use of smoke bombs and flares is a criminal offence as is trying to gain access to a football stadium whilst carrying one.

In March, following our game at Yeovil Town, one individual was given an indefinite banning order from Home Park, as well as receiving a fine and three-year ban from all football grounds by a magistrates court.

This action has been replicated across the country, as football clubs and police forces increasingly clamp down on such irresponsible criminal behaviour.

The use of pyrotechnics is prohibited across the entire Wembley campus, not just inside the stadium. Anyone found with such items on their person will not be allowed entry to the stadium.

The club will take robust action both before and after our Play-Off final to help stop this type of behaviour and to ensure that the vast majority of people can continue to safely enjoy their football. Anyone breaching Wembley ground regulations will face being banned from Home Park.

Supporters already banned from attending matches at Home Park will also have that order carried over to include Wembley Stadium.
