LIONEL Ainsworth returns to the Argyle side in place of the suspended Graham Carey as the Pilgrims take on Bradford City in Sky Bet League One action

It is Ainsworth's first start since beginning the game at Wigan on September 26, before succombing to a hamstring injury. 

Antoni Sarcevic takes Ainsworth's place on the bench; the Greens are otherwise unchanged.
