Something in the Air
YOU love the atmosphere generated by the Green Army at Home Park.
A staggering 89% of you who replied to a survey carried out by the EFL said you enjoy the match-day experience at the Theatre of Greens; that ranks significantly higher than the average of 72% across the EFL.
Importantly, Argyle fans feel more valued than the average supporter of an EFL club, with the Green Army scoring the Pilgrims at 73% compared to the EFL average of 68%.
At Argyle, we pride ourselves on the match-day experience, and we do not confuse cost with value for money.
Some Sky Bet League One clubs in the division have a tiered ticketing strategy which means prices vary significantly dependent on where you sit in the stadium. At Home Park, you have the choice of where you want to sit for exactly the same price, whereas you could have a restricted view or less leg room, and even be far away from the pitch with other clubs' cheaper tickets.
We have plenty of great offers for families. The Family Zone for All boasts lots of fun and games with Pilgrim Pete - table-football, penalty shoot-outs, face-painting, meeting Pilgrim Pete, and much, much more. A family season-ticket costs £423 at earlybird prices or £490 (post earlybird).
For supporters who like to have a pre-match or half-time pint, we have now started pouring pints ready to be sold straight away. We have also re-introduced plastic beer bottles, thanks to our partnership with Devon & Cornwall Police. We also serve freshly baked pasties.
Over recent seasons, we have tried to reduce wait times and have introduced contactless payment, as well as having multiple kiosks open.
Our replica shirt prices are well below the average price of the EFL - we have frozen prices on shirts for the last 10 years. For a junior replica shirt the league average is £31.40, whereas we charge £29.99, and the average for an adult replica shirt is £41.78 compared to our price of £39.99.
