Our Day is Coming

SATURDAY, April 28 is the day.

The day we celebrate a season like no other.

The day we say ‘thank you’ to Derek and the lads for a tremendous Sky Bet League One campaign at Home Park.

The day our first team squad tips its hat to our No.12 – you, the Green Army.

The day we bid a fond farewell to league games played in front of the grand old grandstand as we know it.

The day we come together, proud Pilgrims all.

The day we show the football world who we are.

Saturday, April 28 is #WeAreArgyle Day.

Our last home game of the regular season – against fellow play-off contenders Rotherham United – is not so much a game of football, more a celebration of what it means that #WeAreArgyle.

We will be distributing FREE green and white flags, green and white badges, and green and white wristbands, all bearing the proud boast that #WeAreArgyle. We will also have face-painters for those who want to show their true colours head on.

To add to celebratory nature of the day, we will also be giving out ten fantastic prizes to fans drawn at random from among our fantastic Green Army.

Everyone who has renewed or bought a season-ticket for next season will automatically be entered into a FREE prize draw to win one of host of superb prizes, with the winners’ names announced at half-time of the match.

The ten terrific prizes are:

• Free 2019-20 season-ticket;
• Match-worn shirt from the man of the match against Rotherham;
• Match-ball from the game against Rotherham;
• Signed and framed 2017-18 home shirt;
• Signed and framed 2017-18 away shirt;
• Signed Argyle ball from 2017-18 season;
• Match-ticket and travel for two on the supporters’ coach for our game at Gillingham on Saturday, May 5*;

If you have not renewed or bought a season-ticket for next season, do not worry – you have until 5pm on Friday, April 27 to do so and earn yourself your FREE entry to the draw.

What is more, season-tickets are still available at early-bird prices until close of business on Monday, April 30.

Arguably, there has never been a better time to boast that #WeAreArgyle– the Pilgrims are on the rise and the eagerly-anticipated reconstruction of the grandstand is gathering pace.

Of course, the game against Rotherham is a vital one for our play-off hopes and dreams.
