Cullompton 0 Argyle 5
CALUM Dyson claimed a second-half double as the Pilgrims eased to a 5-0 Carlsberg South West Peninsula League Premier Division victory at Cullompton on Tuesday night.
The summer signing from Everton netted his first seven minutes after half-time, when, after a good build-up on the left, he showed good feet to beat two defenders and shoot low into the right-hand corner of the goal.
Calum's second - our fourth - came in the 65th minute, when he headed home from close range.
In between his double, Ruben Lameiras had added the third Pilgrims goal with a left-foot shot across the Cullompton goalkeeper.
Luke Jephcott opened the scoring midway through the first half at Edenvale Park, beating three players before shooting home, and the scoring was completed in the final minute of the game by substitute Alex Battle after good work from Lionel Ainsworth.
