Get it Rover With
SUPPORTERS are reminded not to leave it until the last minute to come to the Theatre of Greens for Saturday's big game against Bristol Rovers.
The Sky Bet League One clash is an all-ticket affair; the Green Army will have to buy a ticket from the Home Park Ticket Office before they can gain admission. There will be no cash turnstiles open on match-day.
Although the Ticket Office is open from 9am on Saturday, many parts of the ground are already sold out for the eagerly-anticipated all-Westcountry affair and supporters who wait until late to buy might find themselves out of luck, as well as out of pocket.
Buying in advance not only rules out having to queue at the Ticket Office on match-day, it also saves money, with pre-match day ticket prices lower than match-day prices.
Also, since everyone will be required to undergo a stringent security check, entry to the ground may be delayed more than normal, so supporters will need give themselves extra time to get in.
Tickets will be sold only to supporters who are on our Home Park database or who can provide satisfactory proof of residence or of previous attendance at a home game this season.
We have already cancelled tickets bought by people on the Bristol Rovers' database from outside the official away allocation.
Any supporters identified as being in opposing fans’ areas on Saturday will be ejected immediately and will not be entitled to a refund.
As well as selling tickets for the game on Saturday, the Ticket Office will be dealing with demand for 2018-19 Season-Tickets, which were launched this week. Details here.
However, in order to direct all available resources to match-day matters, Ticket Office staff will be concentrating only on Bristol Rovers matters from noon onwards. They will be unable to handle season-ticket issues until after the game.
