Camels, Cats and Foxes
ARGYLE take on the animal treble this weekend, as we do battle with Camelford, Sunderland and Loughborough across three different competitions.
The action kicks-off tonight in the Carlsberg South-West Peninsula League with a trip to Camelford and a great opportunity for Argyle to maintain their healthy lead at the top of the Premier Division.
The Pilgrims are on a run of five straight victories in Peninsula football, while the Camels, who started the season very brightly, are enduring a tough patch, with just one league win in the last 10 outings. The game at Camelford kicks-off at 7.30pm tonight.
It is then over to the first-team on Saturday at Home Park and a fascinating tussle with the Black Cats of Sunderland in Sky Bet League One.
Argyle Ladies play their first game at a new adopted home on Sunday, when Loughborough Foxes visit Coach Road in Newton Abbot for a 1pm kick-off in the FA Women’s Southern Premier Division.
The Argyle ladies development squad also have a game on Sunday, hosting Feniton in the FA Women’s South-West League Western Division. Kick-off at Saltmill will be 2pm.
