Experienced Portuguese manager Jose Gomes first started coaching in this early 20s and worked with a number of clubs in his homeland before landing a big job as assistant boss with Porto. He held the same role with Malaga and Panathinaikos, and worked in Saudi Arabia before being appointed new Reading manager in December 2018.
