Legends in the House
THERE will be legends in the house when Argyle take on Swindon Town on a momentous day in Pilgrim history.
As well as the massive New Year’s Day showdown on the pitch in Sky Bet League Two, tomorrow also represents a special day for all Greens, as the new Mayflower Grandstand is fully opened for the first time.
To help mark the occasion, we will be joined by a group of Argyle legends, including former promotion-winning manager Neil Warnock, Wembley goalscorer Ronnie Mauge, iconic goalscorer Tommy Tynan, goalkeeping hero Geoff Crudgington and a Pilgrim stalwart in John Uzzell.
Neil Warnock and Ronnie Mauge will be in the Home Park Superstore from 12.30pm – 1pm, posing for pictures and signing autographs, with all of our legends around the hospitality areas and stadium all day to soak up the atmosphere.
New Year’s Day 2020 will long be remembered as one of the great days in Plymouth Argyle history, as the magnificent new Mayflower Grandstand will be fully open for the first time when Swindon Town visit in Sky Bet League Two. We will also be helping to launch Mayflower 400 – from Plymouth to the world.
