Lunch with Tony Waiters
THE Green Taverners and Argyle Legends are proud to present a chance to enjoy lunch with Pilgrim great Tony Waiters in a special event sponsored by PASOTI.
After a superb career as a goalkeeper with Blackpool and Burnley, winning five England caps, Waiters became Argyle manager in 1972 and swiftly lead the Pilgrims to the Third Division Championship, later moving to work in Canada.
Joining Waiters in the Legend Event of the Year will be Paul Mariner, Billy Rafferty, Bobby Saxton and many more.
Staged at the Duke of Cornwall Hotel in Plymouth on Sunday, February 24, kick-off 2pm, this event is available to book at £49 per person or £450 for a table of ten, including a three-course meal with coffee and mints.
