NO-ONE was more surprised than first-year professional Adam Randell when Ryan Lowe handed him the captain's armband for our pre-season friendly at Truro City.

After an accomplished first senior start, the Argyle Academy graduate also gave an assured display in fulfilling an important part of the skipper's duties - the post-match Press call.
