CALLUM McFadzean has become the latest player to make the switch from Bury to Argyle this summer.
Defensive player Callum, 25, is the fourth member of the Shakers’ 2018-19 Sky Bet League Two promotion-winners to join the Pilgrims, after Will Aimson, Danny Mayor and Dom Telford.
The Sheffield-born player made 49 appearances last season under Argyle manager Ryan Lowe, who had signed the former Scottish Under-21 from National League Guiseley just before the start of the campaign.
A product of the youth Academy at hometown Sheffield United, and younger brother of fellow Blades' graduate Kyle – now at Coventry City – Callum made his first-team breakthrough at Bramall Lane at the start of the 2012-13 season while still a teenager.
Loan spells at Chesterfield, Burton and Stevenage followed, along with Scotland Under-21 honours before, in the summer of 2016, he signed for Scottish Premiership Kilmarnock.
Back in England, he played a few games for National League North Alfreton before being picked up by Guiseley for the 2017-18 campaign.
That led to a successful trial at Bury, and the beginning of a relationship with Ryan that has blossomed.
Welcome to Home Park, Callum.
