Manager – Wally Downes
A Wimbledon legend as a player through the stellar years of the 1980s, Wally Downes took over as manager in December 2018 and superbly steered the club away from relegation after a sparkling run of form at the end of last season.

Pre-Match View
"We have Wally from the start of the season now, and he can lay down exactly what he demands from us. He’s the sort of person you don’t want to be letting down. I am sure we will be more than alright this season." Will Nightingale, Defender

Green Connections
The most recent example to represent both clubs was Jake Jervis, who spent last season on loan with Wimbledon after three years at Home Park between 2015 and 2018.

Going further back, David Kemp starred as a striker for Argyle before moving into coaching at Wimbledon, where he played a role in the Dons winning the FA Cup in 1988. He then returned to Home Park as manager in 1990.

Things to do in La Manga
