THE day before the weekend saw no wind-down for the Argyle squad as they continued their preparation for the new Sky Bet League Two season.

Manager Ryan Lowe, assistant-manager Steven Schumacher and coaches Kevin Nancekivell, John Lucas and Rhys Wilmot put on an intensive session under a sweltering sun at Harper's Park.
