AS the new Mayflower Grandstand at Home Park nears its completion, Head of Operations Jon Back revealed in his recent blog amendments to the original plan will enhance the match-day experience for those sitting in our new development.
As a result of changes to the plans, which also include significant enhancements to the experience for our disabled supporters, there will now be additional space made available which will play host to various food and drink pop-up stands on a match-day.
These features will be situated to the Barn Park side of the old Boardroom. This area will also mean that, in terms of space, it will be far less cramped than it once was. This will undoubtedly enhance the match-day experience for the Green Army, as well as fans who visit us throughout the course of the upcoming season.
This development further highlights the club’s intention to put the fan experience at the forefront of decisions made during what is sure to be an exciting time ahead under our new manager Ryan Lowe.
