Working with Jeph
THE addition of Luke Jephcott as the latest youngster to signed a new contract at Home Park gives new manager Ryan Lowe a number of exciting prospects to work with over the coming months.
Jephcott came through the Pilgrim Academy and turned professional a year ago, forcing his way into the first-team picture with ten appearances last season. A powerful forward player, Luke has been a regular in the Wales Under-19 squad.
Luke, and everyone else in the Argyle squad, started pre-season on Thursday and can look forward to more football-based training next week, in partnership with the essential fitness work that is required in preparation for a new campaign.
“He has signed on again and I’m looking forward to seeing him play,” said Ryan. “As of next week, we will be more football-based [in training].”
