Ryan Lowe Wins Sports Writers' Award

ARGYLE manager Ryan Lowe was in the esteemed company of Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp and Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola as a top-table award-winner at the Football Writers Association North West Branch's annual dinner.

Ryan's managerial acheivements were honoured by the FWA, recognising managers from the North West who have done particularly well in the previous year.

Ryan won promotion to League One with Bury last season under the most testing circumstances, and was presented with an inscribed glass football and a bottle of champagne from the FWA's Andy Dunn.

"I would like to thank my staff from last season and the players who contributed to this award.

"Thank you."
