Second Round Draw

ARGYLE have been drawn away to either Bristol Rovers or Bromley in the second round of the Emirates FA Cup.

Ties will be played on the weekend of November 30 / December 1.

The Greens have never before played Bromley in a competitive fixture but the National League high-flyers earned a home first-round replay with Rovers when a late equaliser from Chris Bush earned them a 1-1 draw at the Memorial Stadium on Saturday.

Bristol Rovers are far more familiar opponents to the Greens, with our most recent meeting coming in the Leasing.com Trophy in September, which ended in a 1-1 draw after which Argyle triumphed in a penalty shoot-out.

The Greens have met Rovers on 140 occasions in the past, 71 of those games away from home. Our last meeting in the FA Cup was a 3-2 defeat for Argyle at the Memorial Stadium in 2001, despite a brace from David Friio.

The replay between Bromley and Bristol Rovers is scheduled for Tuesday, November 19.
