Manager – Steven Pressley
A Scotland international defender in his playing days, Steven Pressley is best known for almost a decade with Heart of Midlothian but also enjoyed spells with Dundee United, Coventry City, Falkirk and the Old Firm duo of Celtic and Rangers. Pressley moved into management with Falkirk, Coventry and Fleetwood. After a brief coaching spell in Cyprus, he was appointed Carlisle boss in January 2019.

Pre-Match View
“I’m really proud of the performance. I said to the players after the game that for some of the group, if you consider where they were when we played Sunderland a couple of months ago to where we are now, it’s a great improvement.” Steven Pressley, speaking after Carlisle’s midweek win over Blackpool in the Leasing.com Trophy.
