Manager – Carl Fletcher
A well-respected figure at Home Park, tonight’s game is a first in charge for new Leyton Orient boss Carl Fletcher. A fine playing career as a midfielder saw Fletch win 36 caps for Wales and star for the likes of Bournemouth, West Ham and Crystal Palace before arriving at Argyle in 2009. Fletch was a huge leader as Pilgrim captain and then manager during the difficult days of financial administration and it is fantastic to see him back in management.

Pre-Match View
“It feels great. I’m very honoured and very lucky. I didn’t know Justin but everyone I spoke to never had a bad word to say about him and how much of a nice guy he was.” Carl Fletcher on taking the Orient job and paying tribute to former manager Justin Edinburgh, who tragically passed away in the summer.
