Retro Shirt Launch Event

THREE former Pilgrim players, who have amassed over 600 appearances in Green between them, are making a special appearance in the Argyle Superstore on Saturday to mark the launch of our new retro kits.

Ronnie Mauge, Tommy Tynan and Duncan Neale will appear at the club shop between 11am and 2pm ahead of the Sky Bet League Two clash with Grimsby for a meet and greet with supporters, as well as giving away some signed prints.

The club is delighted to launch its range of retro kits, produced in collaboration with The Terrace. Included in the range of classic kit offerings are the 1996 play-off season kit, immortalised by Ronnie’s headed winner at Wembley against Darlington, as well as our FA Cup semi-final kit worn by Tynan. There are also two versions – a white with green banding, and a green with white banding – of the popular 60’s kit worn by Neale and his teammates.

The shirts have been available to pre-order online for a number of weeks, with orders being shipped out to supporters in the past week. The shirts have proven extremely popular, and members of the Green Army have already taken to social media to express their delight at being reunited with the classic Argyle kits of their halcyon days.

If you have not yet got your hands on a retro shirt, do not worry – all five of the selected designs will be stocked and available to purchase in the Argyle Superstore from this Saturday.

Alternatively, if you cannot make it to Home Park, our retro shirts are also available online.
