Ladies at Home Park

ARGYLE Ladies will look to continue their assault on the top of the Women’s National League Southern Premier table at Home Park on Sunday, December 8, kick-off 2pm, against Watford Ladies.

The Pilgrims have enjoyed an outstanding start to their 2019-20 season, and currently sit second in the division, winning three of their opening four games – their only defeat suffered on the opening day of the campaign, losing 2-0 to Crawley Wasps – who sit top of the table with a 100 per cent record so far.

Watford Ladies have enjoyed a positive start the campaign themselves, and sit three points behind Argyle, having won two of their three matches this season. The club is delighted to be able to host both sets of teams for what is expected to be a competitive and entertaining game at the Theatre of Greens.

Argyle Ladies usually play their home games at the Manadon Sports Hub, and last time out they defeated Yeovil 5-1 in an eye-catching display at the home of the Argyle Community Trust. Their most recent appearance at Home Park resulted in a 2-2 Dockyard Derby draw with Portsmouth, last season, in front of an impressive crowd of 846.

Ticketing information will be released in due course.
