What to Do if Your Online Purchase is Rejected

YOUR online security is important to us.

We are always looking at ways to beef up our systems to ensure that the latest safeguards are in place.

With this in mind, we have recently run an update on our online ticketing operation aimed at tackling fraudulent transactions.

As a result, we have had a few issues since the upgrade, with fans being unable to purchase tickets online using their bank card.

This is happening because the cardholders' home address and mobile number that we hold do not match the same details registered with their bank or card company.

Any anomalies will see the payment rejected.
