Premier eSports

ARGYLE’S fledgling FIFA eSports team have entered Virtual Pro Gaming's English Premier division, which starts next week.

The Greens currently compete in Virtual Pro Gaming’s (VPG) League One South, which pits eSports teams from all backgrounds against each other over a 30-game season, and a six-game winning streak has catapulted them into promotion contention.

On top of action in League One South, the Pilgrims have signed up, along with 17 other clubs, to compete in the additional competition, which is limited only to eSports teams officially affiliated with EFL clubs.

This English Premier season kicks off on Monday, April 20, and will last for three months. The season runs in parallel to the Greens’ League One South campaign, with games occurring on Monday and Tuesday nights at 8pm.

The Greens’ opponents include defending champions QPR eSports, Oxford United eSports and League One South rivals Cardiff City eSports.

As with all of Argyle eSports’ competitive action, games will be available to stream live through our Facebook and Twitch channels.
