FAQs: Argyle vs Ipswich Town
On Saturday, for the first time since 7 March, Ryan Lowe’s Pilgrims will play a fixture in front of members of the Green Army, as Ipswich Town visit in Sky Bet League One action.
Due to government and local safety authority guidance, capacity is restricted to 1,808, with live iFollow streaming available for those who are unable to attend Home Park.
For non-attending season-ticket holders, the system has changed from a code-based approach to an email account system, which grants season-ticket holders automatic access to the Pilgrims’ home league fixtures until fans are allowed to return to Home Park.
For those that have not yet updated their accounts, the Home Park Ticket Office will process code requests on a game-by-game basis but we, once again, ask that you please match up your iFollow and ticketing accounts - using the same email address for both.
In order to assist the Green Army in their temporary transition to supporting Argyle from home, we have provided the list of following Frequently Asked Questions for your convenience.
As a season-ticket holder, how can I check that I have got access to this game?
In order for season-ticket holders to check whether they have been granted access to the Season Ticket Licence, it's a simple four-step process to do so.
- Log in to your iFollow account on the club website
- Click your name in the navigation bar top right to get to 'My Account' page
- Scroll down to Purchased packages.
- Click the + sign next to 'Purchased Packages'
If they have been granted access, you will see 'Season Ticket – Plymouth Argyle as shown below:
If it doesn’t show, then you have not set up an iFollow account using the registered email address associated with your ticketing account, therefore you will not be automatically granted access.
If this is the case, you will need to email tickets@pafc.co.uk to request a code and confirm the email address associated with your iFollow account, so that we can provide this information to the EFL.
Is there any way for me to physically attend the fixture on Saturday?
Season-ticket holders who have been contacted by the Home Park Ticket Office will be able to attend Saturday's game. Aside from those 1,808 spectators, the fixture will not be accessible.
To ensure safety of players, officials, and fans alike, we encourage supporters not to congregate in the vicinity of Home Park for the duration of match-day.
I am attending tomorrow, what do I need to know?
Please consult our step by step guide for returning to Home Park, ensuring that you have also read our Fans' Return guide and PAFC Code of Conduct - taking particular care to ensure that you are aware of your arrival time and specified entry turnstile.
