Argyle Community Day

WE are throwing open the doors of Home Park this February half-term, bringing players and fans together for a special Argyle Community Day.

The agenda for the Community Day, on Thursday, February 20, includes:

  • Watching the first-team train;
  • Meeting Ryan Lowe and his players;
  • Experiencing Club Argyle;
  • Taking a tour of the new Mayflower Grandstand;
  • Enjoying various games and activities; and
  • Much, much more.

Doors to the Mayflower Grandstand open at 10am on Argyle Community Day, when Club Argyle will be serving food and drinks inside the ground.

Outside, there will be a wide variety of sports, games and other activities for people to participate in.

At around about 11am, the Pilgrims’ first-team squad will be put through their paces on the Home Park pitch.

Supporters will be able to watch from the Mayflower Grandstand as Ryan Lowe and his staff begin their preparations for the following Saturday’s home game against Cambridge United.

After training, supporters will be able to meet with the players in Club Argyle inside the grandstand, to get autographs from the lads and pose for selfies with them.

During the day, supporters will be able to take a tour of the impressive new grandstand – including seeing inside the Jack Leslie Boardroom and the Captain’s Lounge, and a behind-the-scenes viewing of the club offices.

The tours have proved extremely popular, and are already fully booked.

People attending the event will also receive a unique discount voucher for the Argyle Superstore, valid only for the day.
