Half-Time Game

TOMORROW evening, we welcome AFC Plympton U10s to Home Park to take part in our half-time game experience during the Sky Bet League Two showdown with Crawley Town.

The young children attending the experience will be in for an action-packed evening, starting off with a stadium tour. This will then be followed by a one-hour training session. The team will enjoy a hot buffet together before taking to their seats to watch Argyle take on Crawley. On the referee’s whistle for half-time, the young children will take to the pitch to participate in a small-sided game against each other.

AFC Plympton U10s are a team that has been together since the ages of six and seven. Over the years, the young children have become greatest of friends and created a fun and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the team.

This has led to a successful couple of years for the team, initially playing in the league run by Goals Soccer at Plymstock school, playing up a year and going on to win the league with an impressive record of only one defeat.

More recently, AFC Plympton have enjoyed success competing in the DJM League, where they continue to improve and grow as a team. AFC Plympton rely heavily on sponsorship to help provide kits and equipment. They would like to thank their current sponsors Norpro and care projects for their continued support and generosity.

The players attending the experience include: Charlie Beer, Liam Ramsell, Drew Smallshaw, Tyler Brenton, Charlie Ford, William Wavish, George Stuckley, Ethan Potter, Reggie Williams, Charlie Nicholas, Oliver Aspinall, Freddie Martin and Sonny Baring.
